Shipping charges for crystals packed by color is based on weight calculated by the USPS plus a $1.50 handling charge* with a minimum
of $1.92. This means that a bag or two will only be a total of $1.92 shipping. See "What can you expect" below for more details.
DOMESTIC US Orders
We ship through USPS, either First Class or Priority (You will automatically be given a choice if total shipping weight is 13 oz. or less).
What can you expect? Our shipping is now automatically calculated by the the US Postal Service, so if you purchase
lots of crystals, it will cost you only what it costs us. When you enter your zip code and click "add shipping"
on the order form, you will see the shipping charge. That charge will be the USPS cost plus $1.50 handling fee*. We try to ship the day we receive the order. Morning orders usually ship that day. Afternoon orders usually go out the next day Monday thru Friday. Our Post Office is closed weekends and of course holidays.
In a hurry? Choose Priority Mail. Your charge will be what ever the current USPS rate is for Priority Mail plus $1.50. Again, when you click "add shipping" you will see your charges.
INTERNATIONAL Orders
We get the best pricing for shipping for our international orders by going to the post office and having them
price our postage. So, for international orders we prepare your order, charge you for what you've purchased then
take it to the post office. When we return from the post office we will put a second charge on your card. This
charge will be the exact price of your shipping plus $1.50 handling*.
