Light & Lacy Samples

I'm making a blouse using the Light and Lacy designs.

I began with a lovely sage silk noil. I used the crystal backings stamps in a variety of colors to create a subtle printed fabric. Then I embroidered the designs. I love the results. The top picture is for one of the fronts of the blouse. The bottom picture, the other. Of course, once the blouse is constructed I'll add crystals

.The fabric above will become a jacket. I used a continuous hoop to get th long line of designs, but you could do the same thing by being careful to keep everything lined up straight and using the alignment marks.
